Admins+ are often called upon to update information on behalf of a user in his/her organization in response to support request. We encourage them to advise the user how s/he can make the updates by logging into Fourleaf. Some users though may not wish to activate their accounts or do not have easy access to the internet. In these cases you can make changes on their behalf.
Just go to his/her profile page or settings page and enter the changes.
